Below is the tentative/interim agreement for REALTIME page rates.
We are in active page rate negotiations, so this is a temporary arrangement. The interim agreement is solely for the Court Reporter REALTIME rates that have been charged in some areas without formal agreement to do so. This temporary side letter allows for that to now be formally acknowledged and charged while we work through the negotiations process on the overall page rate agreement.
