After over one year of negotiations, we are happy to announce that we have reached a Tentative Agreement with OCA for the period of April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2026. This contract will include a 13% raise over five years, plus a $3,000 signing bonus for all active employees of UCS as of date of ratification, as well as other enhanced benefits. All of the details of this Tentative Agreement are being prepared and will be provided to our members. Membership Meetings will be scheduled to explain the changes in the Tentative Agreement and questions will be answered. Please check with your Local President (Ian Spencer, mail to: email@example.com) if you do not receive a synopsis of the Tentative Agreement by November 18, 2022. The negotiating team thanks all our members for your patience and support during this period. Our unity has resulted in a good Tentative Agreement for you to consider and vote on.
Balloting for CSEA members will be done via paper AND electronic ballot. If CSEA has an electronic email address on file, you will receive an email blast reiterating this message.
