UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT ALLOWANCES
CSEA has been advised that the uniform and equipment allowance will be included in the June 18th paycheck.
LOCAL DINNER MEETINGS – June 2024:
Local 334 will be holding dinner meetings in June. Please RSVP by the appropriate date to: ian@csealocal334.com. These meetings are open to members from all counties within Local 334. Vendors will be available at the times listed below.

- Visit with vendors at 5:00
- Dinner meeting begins at 6:15.

- Enchanted Forest Water Safari membership picnic is back!
- Reservations will be due for Enchanted Forest/Water Safari Local 334 Day by August 3rd, 2024.
- Members attend free, guests 8+ pay $57.99, children 3-7 pay $36.00, and children 2 and under are free.
- Admission includes entrance to the park, all-you-can-eat lunch (11:30-12:30), and dinner (4:00-5:00).

IRVING FLAUMENBAUM SCHOLARSHIP
The deadline to submit applications for our union’s statewide college scholarships has been extended to May 16! Graduating high school seniors who are eligible dependents of Active CSEA Members are welcome to apply for the scholarship. CSEA awards 18 – $1,000 scholarships under the Irving Flaumenbaum Memorial Scholarship program (three in each region). Pearl Insurance and MetLife each sponsor a one-time, $2,500 award.
PLEASE NOTE: Old applications could disqualify potential candidates. Please do not use applications from previous years – applications were recently revised.

MICHAEL D. CARRAWAY SCHOLARSHIP
It is with great pleasure for CSEA Judiciary Local 334 to announce the 2024 Lt. Michael D. Carraway Memorial Scholarship Program!
- Graduating seniors who are a child or legal dependent of a court employee represented by CSEA Judiciary Local 334 and will be attending an accredited institution of higher education are eligible to apply.
- Applications due by May 16th, 2024.
*These scholarships are another member-only benefit for belonging to New York’s Leading Union.*
